Remarkable SuccessThe remarkable success of the our first San Diego, California program inspired men in other parts of the country to start local Boys to Men Mentoring Networks. In 2001 the program expanded to Minnesota and Portland, Oregon. In 2002 they started BTM Networks in Washington D.C., Wisconsin, Missouri, Iowa, Arizona, and Ashland. In 2003 Illinois and Colorado joined the program. 0ur goal is to create a model program that can be replicated on a community level to help young men throughout the world. Strategic expansion and funding support are critical to expand and preserve this highly successful volunteer program for boys. BTM has aligned with the Centre for Management and Technology; a non-profit based in Baltimore, MD. CMT is our business partner whose expertise is developing and implementing management and operational standards for Non-Profits.
